Rob van Egmond is a professional geologist with over 30 years of experience in the international mining industry. His career encompasses a wide spectrum of experiences ranging from grass roots project generation to pre-feasibility level resource development and mine geology. He has worked with major mining companies (Cominco, BHP, Kennecott) and junior explorers (Orex Minerals, Platinum Group Metals, Candente, Northern Dynasty, Keewatin) gaining experience in a wide variety of commodities and deposit types spanning locations North and South America as well as Africa. Included in his experience are several years of exploration and pre-development work in the Iskut River/Golden Triangle area with Cominco. Mr. van Egmond holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of British Columbia and is a registered professional geoscientist in good standing with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC).
Ms. Fehr CPA, CGA received her accounting designation in 1996 and has more than 25 years of business experience with management, complex transactions, corporate finance, financial reporting, governance, and regulatory compliance. She has held part-time officer positions for venture listed companies since 2009 and is the founder and president of Fehr & Associates, which provides consulting services to a number of mineral exploration company clients. Ms. Fehr and the accounting team at Fehr & Associates are responsible for financial management, reporting, administration and corporate governance.

Born and raised in the mining town of Stewart, British Columbia, Mr. McLeod is a geologist, third-generation miner, and entrepreneur. With 30 years of diverse experience for major and junior mining Companies in a variety of metallogenic environments and mineral deposit types, primarily in BC, Alaska, Yukon, Nunavut, Ontario, and Nevada. As CEO and VP, Exploration, he has led many successful explorers and development companies such as IDM Mining and Underworld Resources.
Mr. McLeod is the lead technical advisor to the Fiore Group of Companies, CEO of Nations Royalty Inc, Director of Dolly Varden Silver and Nexgold as well as Advisor to West Red Lake Gold Mines. An active mining industry volunteer, he is a past Chair of AMEBC and serves on the Board of the Britannia Mine Museum.
Mr. Michael Henrichsen is an experienced mining executive with over 20 years’ experience in exploration and development. Over his career he was previously global structural geologist for Newmont Mining where he worked in near mine and greenfield exploration settings across Africa, South America, and North America. Mr. Henrichsen currently serves as the CEO of Goldshore Resources a gold development company based in northern Ontario and is currently a director of Dolly Varden Silver and Premier American Uranium.
Darren Devine is a principal of CDM Capital Partners, a firm that provides corporate finance advisory services and acts as a director to private and junior public companies primarily in the natural resource sector, with completed transactions including the sale of Centric Energy Corp’s Eastern African assets to Africa Oil Corp.; and the founding and listing of K92 Mining Inc.’s gold assets in Papua New Guinea. Mr. Devine is a former member of the TSX Venture Exchange’s Local Advisory Committee. Prior to founding CDM Capital, Mr. Devine qualified as a barrister and solicitor in British Columbia and in England & Wales and practiced exclusively in the areas of corporate finance and securities law.
Prior to his retirement in May, 2016, Mr. Sabala was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hecla Mining Corporation, a silver, gold, lead and zinc mining company with operations in North America and Mexico. Mr. Sabala was appointed Chief Financial Officer in May 2008 and Senior Vice President in March 2008. Prior to his employment with Hecla Mining Company, Mr. Sabala was Executive Vice President – Chief Financial Officer of Coeur d’Alene Mines Corporation from 2003 to February 2008. Mr. Sabala also served as Vice President-Chief Financial Officer of Stillwater Mining Company from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Sabala has served as a director of various junior mining companies and is currently serving as a director for Cascadia Minerals, Ltd. and Thunder Mountain Gold, Inc. Mr. Sabala graduated from the University of Idaho with a B.S. Business, Summa Cum Laude in 1978.
Mr. Davidson is the Director of Geology and Exploration for Hecla and has over 17 years of exploration and operations experience in the mining industry. Mr. Davidson’s career began at the world-class Greens Creek Mine where he made significant contributions to the exploration, production, and resource geology groups. Mr. Davidson then earned a PhD through focused study of the geology and genesis of the San Sebastian intermediate-sulfidation epithermal deposit in Mexico, before returning to Greens Creek in the role of Chief Geologist. Since early 2024, Mr. Davidson has provided mine geology and exploration guidance to Hecla’s mines and exploration projects in his capacity as the Director of Geology and Exploration. Mr. Davidson is registered as a Certified Professional Geologist (CPG) through the American Institute of Professional Geologists (AIPG) and holds a BSc in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines as well as a PhD in Economic Geology from the Center for Ore Deposit and Earth Sciences (CODES) at the University of Tasmania.
Ryan Weymark, P. Eng. is a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) with 16 years of experience in M&A, economic studies, project development, permitting, construction and operations. Ryan has worked on numerous advanced stage mining projects across a variety of commodities and jurisdictions. Ryan is currently the President of Fuse Advisors, a boutique consultancy of more than 30 professionals that provide project management, mining engineering, process engineering and advisory services to the mining sector. Ryan has co-founded several public companies and acts as a Technical Advisor where he supports with project evaluations and governance. Ryan is also a Director of Nisga’a Growth Corp – an indigenous development corporation formed by the Nisga’a Government, a Director of the Britannia Mine Museum, and participate on the Mining Technical Advisory and Monitoring Committee for the Canadian Securities Administrator (CSA).
